We fly into the lake on fixed wheel aircraft. The lodge has a 3500 foot airstrip that is a combined turf gravel surface with excellent approach ways.

Ft. McMurray has a modern hospital w/air medivac services in the unlikely event that it is needed. Separate travel insurance is recommended in case of an emergency.
